How our reviews are sourced

Reviews published on Raffles.Voices are illustrative editorial summaries compiled by our editors based on publicly available guest feedback, hotel-published material and traveller submissions. Author names and exact dates are anonymised and stylised; they should be read as representative of community sentiment rather than as verbatim transcripts of individual guests. We do this to protect the privacy of contributors.
