Raffles.Voices is an independent reader-driven blog dedicated to first-hand, first-hand reviews of Raffles Hotels & Resorts properties around the world.

Why we exist

Luxury hotels are described in glossy brochures with the same vocabulary — "classic," "well-known," "long-running." What we wanted as travellers was something different: candid impressions from people who had actually stayed, paid the bill and walked away with an opinion. Raffles.Voices is built around that idea.

How reviews are collected

Our editors aggregate first-hand impressions submitted by readers, anonymise personal details and edit them lightly for clarity. We never publish anonymous attacks, paid placements, or promotional copy supplied by the hotels themselves.

Independence

We are not affiliated with Raffles Hotels & Resorts, Accor, or any of their parent or subsidiary companies. We do not accept hospitality from the hotels we cover, and we do not run sponsored content. The site is supported solely by our small editorial team and a handful of travel-related advertising partners that have no influence over our coverage.

Editorial standards

• All reviews are written by, or based on testimony from, actual guests.
• We disclose any potential conflicts of interest at the top of an article.
• Factual claims (room counts, opening dates, dining concepts) are verified against publicly available information at the time of publication.
• We update older reviews when properties materially change.
